We keep our calendar on the web so you can conveniently check whether our condo is available for your dates. Please note, we do not update the calendar until the booking is confirmed with the receipt of the security/reservation deposit.
Making Reservations.
A $200 security/reservation deposit is required to confirm and hold the booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees are due 60 days before your arrival and the final 50% is due 14 days before arrival. See our policies for additional information.
Making Additional Payments
We provide a number of secure payment options via PayPal. You can pay your final balance by check, Visa or Mastercard. Please feel free to use this method to make payments only after you have completed and made your initial reservation above.
